Dr. Gail Cunningham is an accomplished health care professional with extensive training and experience in executive coaching. She provides comprehensive executive and personal coaching services to MPK&D clients to develop successful and influential leaders across a variety of industries. Gail is deeply committed to helping leaders learn about themselves, achieve their goals and reach their highest potential in life. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and earned a Certificate of Evidenced Based Coaching from Fielding University.
With more than 40 years of experience treating patients and improving the delivery of medical care, Gail is a transformative leader with an aptitude for excellence. She is senior vice president of medical affairs and chief medical officer at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center where she has held progressive leadership positions since 2003.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Gail is most at home with a pitchfork and shovel, in her barn, caring for a menagerie of animals.
