MPK&D founding partner Kent Chabotar was featured on a panel on “Higher education and ROI” at SMITH’s High Yield Municipal Bond Conference in Greenwich, Conn. on October 2.  The conference explored the challenges and opportunities facing municipal issuers and their debt buyers. It focused on sectors in the municipal market that appeal to investors with an appetite for risk.
